\"\u0130brahim<\/td>Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim Orta\u015f - \u00c7ukurova University : Faculty of Agriculture<\/strong>

\nMr. Orta\u015f was born in 1960, graduated from \u00c7ukurova University, Faculty of Agriculture in 1985 and became a research assistant in 1987. After receiving Ph.D. studies at Reading University in England between 1990-1994, he received Assistant Professor in 1995, Associate Professor in 1996, and Professor title in 2002.
\n
\nHe worked a while at the University of Stuttgart in Germany in 1988 and at the University of Florida in 1998 as a researcher. He served as a guest researcher at the Climate Change and Carbon Research Center at Ohio State University in the US in 2010 and 2011. With a total of 80 articles published in international publications, Orta\u015f also has a total of 381 scientific articles presented in national and international congresses, 13 international book chapter writers, 8 national book chapter writers. In the field of Social Sciences; 3 research publications in Turkish Librarianship magazine, 4 research-essay publications in some journals published in the field of education. In addition to scientific researches, he participated in conferences and speeches on topics such as agriculture, philosophy, environment, education, social life; in various newspapers and magazines, a total of 703 articles were published on these subjects.

\nCurrently, he is the editor of two international publications, and the author of 11 international publications. Orta\u015f is also a project consultant for FAO Central Asia.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\u00d6mer<\/td>Dr. \u00d6mer Dalk\u0131ran - Kastamonu University : Department of Information and Records Management \u2013 Research Assistant

\n\u00d6mer Dalk\u0131ran is a research assistant in the Department of Information and Records Management of Kastamonu University, in Turkey. His areas of work and interests include information behaviors, information users and information retrieval, and so on. In the past, he served as a librarian at Mugla Sitki Kocman University, and as a research assistant at the Department of Information Management at Hacettepe University. He served as associate editor in the Information World Journal for a while. He received his undergraduate degree from the Department of Librarianship of Istanbul University, and doctorate degree from the Department of Information Management of Hacettepe University. \"Mithat<\/td>Mr. Mithat Zencir - \u0130zmir K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi University : Department of Information and Records Management<\/strong>
\nMithat Zencir has been working as a lecturer at \u0130zmir K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi University, Department of Information Management since 2015. He completed his undergraduate study in 2004 and master study in 2007 at Hacettepe University, Department of Information Management respectively. Zencir worked as a Reference Librarian (2005-2007) at Hacettepe University Libraries, later he worked as a Reference Librarian and Electronic Resources Coordinator (2008-2015) at Ko\u00e7 University Suna K\u0131ra\u00e7 Library. Meanwhile, he worked as a Database Responsible in ANKOS (Anatolian University Libraries Consortium) between 2013-2015. Since 2016, he has been studying on research data management as his PhD. study in Ankara University, Department of Information and Records Management.
